Hawaii is the only place in the U.S.A. where coffee is grown commercially. Coffee cultivated in Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii is coffee that can truly be called "Made in the U.S.A." Kona Coffee trees thrive in this unique environment and have a distinct advantage over coffees grown in other parts of the world.
Kona Coffee is sun dried, then custom roasted using the best processes and processors at numerous farms and coffee mills along the big island of Hawaii's Kona Coffee Belt.
Before being graded, Kona coffee is hand picked, pulped, dried, hulled and sorted by machinery at the coffee mill. Different grades are made according to size and shape. View the Roast and Flavor Descriptions to learn more about our coffees.
All of our coffee is shipped whole bean for optimal freshness but may be ground to order. If you prefer it ground, just add a comment note to your order and it will be shipped as you request.
